A.M. ANANDARAJU
Anand has more than 25 years’ experience in Human Resources specialising in Industrial Relations. He obtained an Executive Diploma in Industrial Relations from the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF).
He has worked with Maybank, BAT, Hong Leong Bank, Star Media, Tan Chong Group and HP in which he took up managerial and advisory roles in Industrial Relations. Recently, Anand was appointed to the Industrial Relation Panel of Malaysian Employers Federation. He is an Industrial Court and SOCSO Appellate Board Panel Member representing employers.
Anand is also a HRD Corp Certified Trainer and a Certified Facilitator in Occupational Testing (Reg. No: SHL S031469).
J. GANESAN MURTY
Ganesan served in the Trade Union Circle for more than 2 decades. He was actively involved in MTUC’s Industrial Relations and Education Committee and acted as freelance Trainer in MTUC organized Programs.
He has actively participated in the ILO Tripartite Meeting on the Future Employment in the Tobacco Sector in Geneva, Switzerland and was later assigned to Moscow, Russia to guide and the setup of Union for workers in Eastern European Countries.
Ganesan has a MSc in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations. He also worked as the HR & Training Manager in Quality Hotel City Centre and Swiss Garden International.

Vishantini is a Professional Chemical Engineer with 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Upstream Industry and Rubber Glove Manufacturing.
Her roles include the Head of Product Development at Synergy Oil & Gas Engineering Sdn. Bhd. She was also a Reasearch and Development Engineer at Top Glove Sdn. Bhd and NGL Tech Sdn. Bhd.
